Who we are

This site (joncney.com) is the professional portfolio of Jon Ney, operated by Alira Limited (“we,” “us”). If you have questions about this policy or the information we hold about you, contact us at joncney22@gmail.com.

What we collect

The only personal information this site collects is what you voluntarily submit through the contact form:

• Your name
• Your email address
• The project type and budget range you select
• The message you write

We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies on this site. We do not sell your data. We do not share your information with third parties for marketing.

How we use it

Your submission is emailed to Jon Ney so he can reply to your inquiry. The message is delivered by our email provider, Resend (resend.com). We keep inquiry emails in Jon's inbox for as long as needed to respond and maintain a normal business record.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information you have submitted to us by emailing joncney22@gmail.com. If you are a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, or other US state resident with opt-out rights, you can request that we do not process your personal information for targeted advertising, sale, or profiling. This site does none of those things by default, but the request is on the record.

Security

Form submissions are transmitted over TLS. We store nothing on this site itself — inquiries live in Jon's email inbox. We take reasonable precautions to protect information, but no system is 100% secure.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If we materially change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and revise the “Last updated” date at the top.
